Tenant Hub was launched by Ilan Glazer out of a need to streamline communications within a micro community in, for example, an apartment block.
Having been Chairman of the Body Corporate for many years, he needed a time-saving solution to allow the community easy access to information, as well as to create communication channels for users to reach the right people, at the right time.

Tenant Hub is the portal for many of these micro communities. Hillside Heights was the pilot apartment block.
Since the website had very specific criteria, I designed the website before sending it on to the WordPress programmers to build.

Since users (tenants, managing agents and trustees) were accustomed to communicating via Whatsapp and email, or simply waiting to bump into the chairman, the site needed a marketing push, to get users into the habit of utilizing the site.
